A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive manages the day-to-day operations of a company's database and customer communication workflows to drive retention and sales support
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintain, clean, and update customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to keep data accurate.
Campaign Execution: Build and run multi-channel campaigns like email, SMS, or WhatsApp promotions.
Lead Coordination: Track leads, segment target audiences, and route follow-up tasks to the correct sales representatives.
Reporting & Analysis: Create dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and schedule regular performance reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional Support:Work between sales, marketing, and customer support teams to resolve data or communication issues
Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal communication to coordinate with diverse teams and clients.
