Role: Commis 1
As a Commis 1, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to FitKhao's standards while maintaining excellent quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to FitKhao standards
Maintain food quality, taste, portion consistency, and presentation
Follow proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team
Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Knowledge of Indian, Chinese & Tandoor cuisine is a robust advantage
Adaptability and initiative in a quick-growing startup environment
