About the Role

Innovfix Private Limited is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Senior HR Operations & Payroll Executive to independently manage payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate must have robust practical experience in handling PF, ESI, payroll processing, and employee-related compliance.

Note: This position does not involve recruitment or talent acquisition. A separate team handles hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Independently manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
Handle salary calculations, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and reimbursements.
Manage attendance, leave, Loss of Pay (LOP), and salary adjustments.
Process payroll using Zoho Payroll or similar software.




Handle full-and-final settlements and salary documentation.
PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance
Independently manage EPF and ESIC registration, monthly contributions, and statutory filings.
Handle UAN generation, employee KYC, PF transfers, and withdrawal requests.
Manage ESI registration, employee benefits, and claim assistance.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Skilled Tax, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
Maintain statutory registers, compliance reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities and compliance consultants when required.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee benefits.
Handle resignation procedures, exit interviews, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
