Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
