Job Responsibilitiee
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Update customer details in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Share daily calling and follow-up reports with the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer, and CRM.
Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Telecalling/Sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
