Pharma Sales Executive | PCD Pharma Franchise Coordinator

Role Overview

We're expanding and looking for experienced professionals to drive our pharma sales and PCD franchise operations. You'll play a key role in business development, client acquisition, and building our franchise network across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients, wholesalers, chemists, stockists, and PCD franchise partners
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order fulfilment
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and franchise partners
Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for timely deliveries




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on pharmaceutical product lines and market trends

Who Should Apply
Experience: 1–2 years in Pharma Sales, PCD Pharma Franchise, or Distribution
Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, sales cycles, and franchise models
Preferred: Background working with wholesalers, chemists, stockists, or managing PCD operations
Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
