Job Description:-
This position is to assist in the operations of the laboratory.
Data Entry of lab test results for reporting process.
Maintains standard lab practices and procedures.
Knowledge of all product specifications
Ensure product specifications are met according to company standards
Acquire skills required for all lab methods
Effective communication with other personal
Maintain GMP through the facility
Incoming Raw, Packing & Consumable, Material sample collection
RO Water / Bore well water sample collection & Chemcial Analysis
Sample collection of Raw Chilled Milk from Road Tankers
Strich Adherence to GLP Practices, Verify CIP Process, Collect samples, Note Temp etc.
Sampling,
Packing & Despatch of samples for Chemical examination to External Lab & Central Lab, Testing of Product & Ingredient samples in the absence of Chemist
Silo Change over First Packet collection for both Chemcial & Microbiological testing
Flush out & First Packet collection for both Chemcial & Microbiological testing
