We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure that company processes are executed smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and processes.
Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, costs, and service quality.
Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure effective workflow and communication.




Manage vendor, supplier, and service-provider relationships where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
Prepare regular operational reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased productivity.
Handle customer or client escalations related to operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of operational staff.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and operational controls.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
