Role Description The D2C Performance Marketer will manage and optimize paid campaigns across key digital platforms, focusing on customer acquisition and retention for BulletproofBrands’ portfolio. This full-time, in office role is based in Surat and involves daily monitoring of campaign performance, adjusting budgets and bids, and refining targeting to meet ROAS and CPA goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing performance strategies, collaborating with creative teams to test ad creatives and landing pages,



and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency. The role also requires regular performance reporting, analysis of audience behavior, and identification of growth opportunities across channels such as Meta, Google, and other relevant ad networks. The Performance Marketer will work closely with cross-functional partners to align campaigns with brand objectives and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
• Robust experience in performance marketing for D2C brands, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across paid social and paid search.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) and comfort working with metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and product teams to develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that drive conversions.
