We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee daily operations, coordinate departments and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and coordinate with project, sales, administration and support teams.
Develop and implement operating procedures.
Monitor budgets, resource allocation and team performance.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Present operational reports and improvement plans to management.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience.
Robust leadership, planning and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
Key Skills: Operations Management, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Process Improvement, Resource Planning.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
