Maintaining disciplineEnsuring that students follow the rules and codes of conduct, and reporting more serious issues to the appropriate authorities.
Handling emergenciesResponding to incidents and emergencies, and liaising with other wardens and support services.
Supporting studentsProviding guidance, counseling, and support to residents as needed.
Maintaining the hostelEnsuring the quality of food, and attending to matters of health, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Supporting the universitySupporting the university's commitment to equality and diversity.
CommunicatingCommunicating effectively with residents, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
