Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment for blue-collar workers and factory staff.
Manage labor hiring and workforce planning as per production requirements.
Manage monthly payroll processing and attendance records.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Oversee administrative functions of the organization.
Coordinate and maintain records related to PF, ESIC, labor law, and other compliance matters.
Ensure adequate manpower availability and effective labor deployment.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum relevant experience in a manufacturing industry HR role.
