We are looking for a agile and energetic Sales Mobilizer to join our Cement Company.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 10+2, Graduate, or Diploma (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in Cement, TMT Steel, Building Materials, or Construction.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, masons, and builders.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of the local construction market.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote the company's cement products in the assigned territory.
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, masons, and individual house builders.
Conduct mason meets, contractor meets, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.




Identify and appoint recent dealers and retail outlets to expand market coverage.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure product visibility and branding at dealer outlets.
Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
