Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹28,000 per month
Location: Bahlgarh, Sonipat
Role: You will mainly look after dispatch and finished goods (FG) stock, bring in current techniques, and handle factory work assigned by management.
Key responsibilities
Dispatch operations
Reduce dependence on manual labour by using forklifts, pallet trucks, conveyors, stackers and similar equipment.
Suggest and help implement dispatch automation to cut labour cost and loading time.
Ensure the right material goes to the right party, with correct quantity and documents.
FG stock management
Arrange FG stock properly: location-wise or rack-wise, product and batch-wise, with clear labelling.
Follow FIFO/FEFO so older stock moves first.
Keep the stock register or ERP updated daily. Do regular physical stock checks and report mismatches, damage or slow-moving items.
Improvement and factory work
Bring in recent methods such as 5S, better layout and pallet or rack systems to save time, space and manpower.
Handle other factory work assigned by management, and coordinate with production, store, accounts and the transport team.
Report daily dispatch and stock status to management.
Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch or FG stock in a manufacturing unit. Knowledge of machine-based handling, MS Excel and stock software or ERP.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
