Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
Plan monthly content calendars and execute campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to apply best practices.
Manage day-to-day engagement: replies, comments, DMs, and community building.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support overall digital growth.
Run paid ads (Meta and Google Ads)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).




3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, video editing tools (preferred).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Candidates should preferably have a non-technical background.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a quick-paced setting.
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
