Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely closures.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and interview coordination.
Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
