Onboarding, Attendance & Leave Management
HR Documentation & Employee Records
Performance & Employee Engagement
Payroll & HR Operations
Coordinate with Department Heads and Management
Requirements
2+ years of relevant HR experience
Valuable knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, HRMS & Excel
Experience recruiting for digital marketing roles
Positive communication in English & Malayalam
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini & AI tools
Organized, responsible and people-oriented
Salary: Based on experience & skills
Location: Perinthalmanna, Malappuram
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
