Job Responsibilities:
Handle sales for payday loans and personal loan products.
Connect with potential customers, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in payday loans, personal loans, or other loan-related sales is mandatory.
Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets in a rapid-paced workplace.
Knowledge of loan processes, customer handling, and lead conversion.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
