Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to drive sales, increase room occupancy, and generate revenue across our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and acquire recent corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and business partners.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant services, and other hospitality offerings.
Handle corporate bookings, group reservations, and business enquiries.
Conduct client meetings, sales visits, and follow-ups to generate new business.
Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.




Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the hotel.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust business development and client relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of hotel sales, marketing, and hospitality operations.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
