The Operations Director is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, discipline, accountability, and organisational commitment.
The incumbent shall ensure that all operational decisions are aligned with the organisation's policies, financial controls, legal requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
The position requires regular interaction with senior management and branch leadership and may require travel to branches, participation in management meetings, audits, inspections, institutional events, and operational reviews.
The Operations Director shall be responsible not only for resolving operational issues but also for establishing systems that prevent recurring issues and create a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
The Operational Director must be capable of making their own individual decisions (With management approval).
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
