Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress, PHP, and web development. The ideal candidate should have experience in front-end and back-end development, WordPress plugin customization, and a working understanding of modern technologies such as React and Node.js.

The candidate should also be enthusiastic about AI-driven development, vibe coding, and emerging AI tools for building multi-page, information-based websites. Familiarity with AI image generation and on-page SEO is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Handle front-end and back-end web development using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and information-rich multi-page websites.
- Develop custom WordPress functionalities, integrate third-party APIs, and troubleshoot existing plugins.
- Work with AI-assisted development tools and vibe-coding platforms such as Wix, Lovable, Claude, and similar tools to accelerate website creation.
- Explore and implement AI-powered approaches to coding, website development, and workflow automation.
- Understand and work with up-to-date JavaScript frameworks and technologies, including React and Node.js.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices to improve website structure, content organization, metadata, headings, internal linking, and search engine visibility.
- Use AI tools for basic image creation, editing, and website visual assets.
- Optimize websites for speed,



performance, security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug technical issues, maintain existing websites, and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging AI development tools, coding practices, and changes in the web development landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on web development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and PHP.
- Experience developing and customizing WordPress plugins and themes.
- Good understanding of front-end and back-end web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, and responsive web design.
- Basic to working understanding of React, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with WordPress hooks, filters, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to build multi-page, information-based websites using traditional development methods and AI-assisted tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and vibe-coding tools such as Wix, Lovable, Claude, or equivalent platforms.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO and website optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered image-generation tools and basic visual asset creation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn evolving technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities,



and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WooCommerce and custom e-commerce functionality.
- Familiarity with Git, website hosting, cPanel, and deployment workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
- Practical experience building websites using AI-assisted development workflows.
- Understanding of website analytics, technical SEO fundamentals, and performance optimization.
