Diagnoplus Pathology Laboratory is looking for a responsible, skilled, and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our growing healthcare team in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients at the laboratory, collection centres, and patients' homes.
- Ensure proper sample labelling, handling, storage, and transportation.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and sample collection details.
- Communicate politely with patients and provide a comfortable sample collection experience.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure timely sample processing.

Requirements
- DMLT/BMLT qualification preferred.
- Experience in blood sample collection is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and good skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and patient-focused attitude.




- Willingness to travel for home sample collection, as required.

Salary and Growth Opportunities
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Salary growth opportunities based on performance, efficiency, and dedication.
- Candidates demonstrating excellent performance may be considered for a salary above ₹16,000.
