Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to understand and communicate in basic English.
- Good communication and convincing skills are preferred.
- Experience in loan sales or financial services is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers interested in personal loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and application procedures.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
