Yoginii is a women-first wellness marketplace and community, curated for women, by women. We bring together wellness, beauty, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle brands to make conscious living more accessible to women.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us grow our online presence, drive customer acquisition, and scale sales through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and sales while optimising marketing spend.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.




- Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, festive offers, brand collaborations, and influencer-led initiatives.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights to improve campaign results.

Requirements

- Experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, conversion tracking, ROAS, CAC, and other performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A creative and growth-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
