Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Mumbai.

The Performance

Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, and other paid platforms. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates. The role involves close collaboration with creative, sales, and account management teams to ensure that campaigns align with client objectives and brand positioning.

The individual will also prepare performance reports,



identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to design targeted, data-informed performance campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to support campaign objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic reporting skills.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or brand-focused setting; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
