Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, focusing on measurable outcomes such as lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend.

Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and supporting performance testing for ads and landing pages. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, helping to refine audience targeting,



and learning to manage budgets and bidding strategies. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to performance marketing in a fast-paced, global trading environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret campaign metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Performance Management and Performance Testing to support monitoring and improvement of marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), and web analytics tools is beneficial.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
