Performance Marketing Specialist

About QuristQurist is a fast-growing health and wellness brand focused on building science-backed solutions that help people live better. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about growth, data, and customer acquisition and can drive measurable business outcomes through paid media.

What You'll Own

- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
- Manage advertising spends with accountability for key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to test, refine, and scale high-performing creatives and messaging.
- Monitor audience performance, targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign hygiene, reporting accuracy, and performance documentation.
- Share actionable insights, recommendations, and performance updates with marketing leadership.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices within performance marketing and D2C growth.

Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing,



Growth Marketing, or Paid Media.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with experience managing live campaigns and advertising spends.
- Experience working with eCommerce and D2C brands is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and conversion funnels.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a robust execution mindset.
- A growth-oriented professional who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to business growth.
