Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce and D2C platforms to drive sales, website traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the creative and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and campaign assets.
- Track campaign budgets, daily spends, leads, and sales to ensure productive utilization of marketing budgets.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Support customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with the e-commerce and brand teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
