Pediatrician Job near Shimla,Himachal.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Pediatrician role is based in Near Shimal,and focuses on providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The Pediatrician will conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat common and complex pediatric illnesses, and manage preventive care such as vaccinations, growth monitoring, and developmental assessments. Daily responsibilities include counseling parents and caregivers, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

The Pediatrician will also contribute to newborn care services, support home-based care initiatives when needed, and maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of pediatric conditions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Pediatrics, including preventive care,



acute care, and chronic disease management for children and adolescents.
- Experience or training in Neonatology, including care of newborns, premature infants, and high-risk deliveries.
- Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics; valid medical license and registration as per local regulations.
- Strong communication and counseling skills for engaging with children, parents, and caregivers in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and quality improvement in pediatric care.
- Willingness to work in office in Nagda and support in-home care services as required.
