Role Description The PEB Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day activities at construction and installation sites, including supervision of structural steel and PEB erection, coordination with contractors and internal teams, and monitoring progress against project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures, as well as conducting inspections, resolving technical issues, and preparing site reports and documentation.



The role involves communicating with clients and stakeholders, supporting material planning and site logistics, and collaborating with design and production teams to address engineering and fabrication-related queries.

The Site

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of site practices and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid on-site supervision skills, including experience managing construction activities and PEB erection at project locations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess quality control and assurance skills, with the ability to implement safety standards, inspect work, and ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge relevant to steel structures and PEB systems, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.
- Candidates should possess civil engineering fundamentals, preferably with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Relevant experience in industrial sheds, warehouses, or steel structures projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office for documentation and reporting is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality are expected.
