Payroll Processing

- Review and consolidation of payroll Input coordination with the input stake holder for payroll clarification
- Payroll inputs and coordination with payroll consultants to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Validation of payroll output and statutory compliance from the payroll and disbursement of salary
- Preparation of payroll JV and Salary payment advice




- Remittance of statutory payment and reconciliation of payments
- Submission of payroll statutory returns and SLA maintain
- Payroll year end activity applicable for the respective countries
- Setup and processing of payments to employees as per timelines
- Addressing payroll related queries and maintain SLA
- Knowledge of payroll Cost provisions applicable
- Employee account reconciliation and action on the open items in payroll
- Payroll Variance and Reconciliation between the period and analysis
- Managing payroll related compliances as per local statutory requirements
- Assist in analysis and variance reporting Identifying key reasons for deviations
- Maintaining and archiving document records
- Coordinating with stakeholders like auditors other finance teams for data requirements and clarifications
- Participating in change initiatives including automations through user testing providing inputs to improve the controls and efficiency in the process
- Preparation and support in MIS reporting, Quick learner on the current things and proactive measure mindset
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Transaction execution
- Knowledge of overseas payroll Taxes Social security and health insurance deductions applicability of Payroll Fund requirement monitoring and reconciliation
- Payroll PR and Vendor Cost reconciliation Monitoring the requirement of payroll compliance and if change periodically
