What You'll Do
1. Plan, launch, manage & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
2. Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube & Remarketing campaigns.
3. Conduct keyword, audience & competitor research.
4. Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC & conversions.
5. Monitor budgets and identify scaling opportunities.
6. Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages & bidding strategies.
7. Analyze search terms, keywords, audiences and campaign performance.
8. Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking with GA4/GTM.
9. Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
10. Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
11. Manage multiple client accounts and take ownership of campaign results.
What We're Looking For
1.
1–3 years of hands-on PPC/Performance Marketing experience.
2. Solid experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
3. Solid understanding of PPC metrics, bidding, targeting and funnels.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
6. Ability to independently identify problems and optimize campaigns.
7. Experience managing real advertising budgets is a must.
8. You'll Stand Out If You Have
9. Experience with Amazon Ads / LinkedIn Ads.
10. Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
11. Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
12. Google Ads / Meta certifications.
13. A track record of improving CPL, CPA, ROAS or revenue.
14. Important
15. We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer, not someone who has only completed courses or certifications.
