Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, patient-focused, and well-organized Patient Relationship Officer to join our dental clinic in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive patient relationships, coordinating appointments and follow-ups, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory patient experience throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with patients to understand their needs, concerns, and treatment requirements.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and appointment schedules in coordination with the treating doctors.
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatments, pending appointments, and ongoing care.
- Contact patients for appointment confirmations, reminders, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective patients.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution.
- Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient communication records and follow-up details in the clinic's management system.




- Encourage treatment continuity through timely communication and patient education without making misleading promises or applying undue pressure.
- Collect patient feedback and communicate recurring concerns to clinic management.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and contribute to improving the overall patient experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; Kannada knowledge is preferred. Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong patient-handling, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, email, and patient management software.
- Good organizational skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Qualified appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in patient relations, healthcare, dental clinics, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
