About Role

We are looking for a highly networked real estate qualified to join as Manager – Partnerships.

This role is focused on demand generation and strategic relationship building within the real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network of landowners, developers, architects, wealth managers,



and HNI/UHNI clients to generate qualified construction opportunities and drive high-quality meetings for the business team.

Key Responsibilities

1 Build and expand relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, CXOs and Key Decision Makers, developers, landowners, and real estate stakeholders.

2 Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial construction opportunities.

3 Conduct structured first-level discussions to understand construction requirements, intent, timelines, and budgets.

4 Qualify opportunities before handing them over to the Business/Sales/Consulting team.

5 Drive pipeline generation through relationship-led engagement rather than cold outreach.

6 Ensure high-quality meeting hand-offs with complete customer context and requirement clarity.

7 Represent the brand at industry forums, networking events, and real estate communities.

8 Maintain long-term engagement with prospects across extended decision-making cycles.

9 Track and manage partnership funnel, lead quality, and conversion contribution metrics.
