What You Will Do

- Spearhead the Industrial Vertical: Own and scale an executive search practice servicing OEMs, Tier-1 component manufacturers, EV innovators, and heavy engineering groups.
- Promoter & Board-Level Engagement: Partner with Promoters, Managing Directors, and Group CHROs on plant, regional, and corporate leadership appointments.
- Lead Retained Searches: Deliver executive mandates for Plant Heads, Operations VPs, CTOs, and Supply Chain Leaders.
- Leadership Fitment Evaluation:



Apply hands-on operational and shop-floor experience to audit technical and execution capabilities.

Practice Commercials & Engagement Model
- Entrepreneurial Partnership (No Fixed CTC): This is a Practice Ownership mandate, not a salaried corporate job . There is no fixed monthly salary or base compensation .
