If you have spent 12 to 20+ years heading engineering organizations, leading technology business units, or managing global capability centers, your sector authority and boardroom network are your most valuable assets. BGR invites seasoned technology leaders to channel that domain equity into building an independent GCC & Technology Executive Search Practice .

Prior executive search experience is not required. You provide the sector gravitas and network; BGR provides the global brand platform, research execution engine, and business blueprints.

What You Will Do

- Build & Lead the Tech Practice: Establish an independent executive search vertical servicing multinational GCCs, SaaS scale-ups, and enterprise tech firms.
- CXO & Board Advisory: Partner directly with US/EU corporate headquarters, India Managing Directors, and venture boards on mission-critical leadership appointments (MDs, CTOs, VP Engineering, CPOs, CAIOs).
- Originate & Execute Mandates: Structure and deliver high-value retained search mandates, commanding premium advisory fees.
- Strategic Candidate Assessment:



Leverage authentic practitioner insight to evaluate technical leadership and organizational fitment where traditional recruiters fall short.

Practice Commercials & Engagement Model
- Entrepreneurial Partnership (No Fixed CTC): This is a sovereign Practice Ownership opportunity, not a salaried corporate employment role . There is no fixed corporate base salary or monthly retainer .
