We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented, and sales-driven candidates for our Park Restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for promoting restaurant food products, combo meals, special offers, and food packages to park visitors, generating sales, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the restaurant.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote restaurant food items, combo meals, beverages, and special food packages to park visitors.
- Actively approach customers and explain available menu options, combo offers, and promotional schemes.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Encourage customers to purchase food combos, add-on items, beverages, and other available products.
- Assist guests in selecting suitable food packages based on their preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with restaurant billing staff, service staff, and the kitchen team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Support sales activities during weekends, holidays, and peak visitor periods.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and provide accurate information about menu items, prices, and offers.
- Ensure professional behaviour, personal grooming, and courteous customer interaction.
- Monitor customer preferences and communicate sales trends and feedback to the reporting manager.




- Assist in promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase restaurant revenue.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and update the supervisor on sales performance.
- Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, billing, and customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat sales and a positive dining experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent; graduation preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hotels, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred; knowledge of English, Hindi, or other languages will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
