Role Overview: We are a house of brands across 2 business units PI Industries and Jivagro. Drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion through paid digital media and marketing automation. Own the strategy, execution and optimization of paid campaigns and WhatsApp marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes across PI Industries’ brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Plan and optimise media budgets to maximise ROI and campaign performance
- Lead audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Own WhatsApp marketing, including segmentation, journeys, broadcasts and lifecycle campaigns
- Partner with Brand, Communications and Social Media teams on integrated media plans
- Track performance, generate insights and drive data-led optimization




- Manage media and automation partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Identify emerging platforms, trends and technologies to drive innovation

Skills & Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4 and campaign analytics
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Solid analytical, budget management, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage agencies and deliver data-driven marketing outcomes

Education

- MBA in Marketing from a premier Institute
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics
