Job Title : HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing Specialist
Experience : 0- 3 Years FRESHERS, Will be Provided TRAINING
Location :- Banashankari 2 Stage, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
CLIENT VACANCY :- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
MAPPING :- Create accurate job descriptions & Plan Sourcing STRATEGIES
SOURCING :- candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
SCREENING :- Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates based on Client Requirements
SHORTLISTING :- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
INTERVIEW SCHEDULING :- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
FOLLOW UP :- with candidates throughout the recruitment process gather feedback from the hiring panel.
OFFER MANAGEMENT :- Coordinate the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding formalities.
Data Tracking:



Maintain accurate candidate data and metrics in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure timely closure of positions as per client deadlines.
Maintain valuable relationships with candidates and clients.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive, skilled experience.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes
Experience using job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work under targets and deadlines - BULK HIRING
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Preferred Qualification
MBA / GRADUATE / MSW / Under Grad - Fresher / Experienced
