Role: Manage the end-to-end supply and inventory of Indu Ice Cream across Benne’s Mumbai outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment across outlets
Coordinate with Indu for regular supply and deliveries
Track stock movement, consumption and shortages
Maintain accurate inventory records and MIS
Monitor expiry, wastage and stock discrepancies
Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure product availability
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in F&B;/QSR
Solid coordination and follow-up skills
Valuable understanding of stock management and basic Excel/MIS
Mumbai-based
Must be comfortable communicating on Whatsapp
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
