Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills
Proficiency in Siemens NX for 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and tooling design.
Knowledge of NX CAM for CNC programming, toolpath generation, and machining processes.
Understanding of tool design, manufacturing processes, and machining practices.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support.
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using Siemens NX CAD/CAM.
Support customers in tooling design, machining, and CAM-related requirements.
Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers on best practices.
Assist customers with NX CAM programming, toolpath creation, and machining workflows.
Conduct NX CAD/CAM product training and demonstrations.
Assist with software implementation, deployment, and customer onboarding.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Travel to customer locations for technical support, training, demonstrations, and implementation.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
