Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote insurance products, generate leads, meet prospective customers, and support the complete sales process. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential customers through field visits, referrals, and other sources.
Explain insurance products, coverage, terms, and advantages to prospective customers.
Conduct meetings with customers and understand their insurance requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Assist customers with documentation and the application process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
0–3 years of experience in field sales, insurance, BFSI, or related sales roles.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience, skills, and company pay structure.

Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
