Role Description The Owner role at Word Daily Hack is a full time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. The Owner is responsible for defining the brand vision, setting strategic goals, and overseeing all operational activities to ensure sustainable growth. Daily tasks include planning and supervising content initiatives, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with collaborators or vendors, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role involves developing partnerships, guiding marketing and branding decisions, and ensuring that all activities align with the #Wordhack concept. The Owner also leads decision-making, supports team members, and maintains a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and articulate a clear brand vision, with strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in business operations,



including budgeting, resource management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and represent the brand.
- Background in content, marketing, or a related creative field, with an interest in language and branding.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to decision-making.
- Comfort working on-site in Maharashtra, India, and leading a small, multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant education in business, communications, or a related discipline is beneficial; entrepreneurial experience is a strong advantage.
