Role Description The Owner role at Knest Manufacturers Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mawal, responsible for overall business leadership and decision-making. The Owner oversees daily operations, including production planning, quality assurance, procurement, and facility management, ensuring that manufacturing activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. This role guides the company’s strategic direction, manages key financial decisions, and supervises budgets, investments, and cost controls.

The Owner builds and maintains relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, supports the sales and marketing strategy, and represents the organization in negotiations and industry forums. The position also includes leading senior staff, setting performance objectives,



fostering a collaborative work culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, including oversight of production, quality, and supply chain activities.

- Robust business management capabilities, such as strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience guiding teams, managing senior staff, and establishing clear performance expectations.

- Ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and support sales and business development initiatives.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to manufacturing environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple operational demands.

- Effective communication skills for internal coordination and external representation of the company.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in running a manufacturing business.
