Role Description The Owner role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all aspects of BHASKARI AQUA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED’s operations and growth. This includes defining business strategy, managing financial performance, and ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing and machinery-related processes. The Owner will supervise staff, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and make key decisions on investments, pricing, and product development.

Day-to-day activities include reviewing operational reports, monitoring production quality and timelines, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and safety standards.



The role also involves building business partnerships, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to expand the company’s presence.

Qualifications

- Experience in machinery, manufacturing, or industrial operations, with the ability to oversee production workflows and equipment maintenance.
- Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
- Leadership capabilities to manage teams, set performance expectations, and foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in vendor and client relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling to support sustainable business growth.
- Knowledge of local regulatory, safety, and environmental standards relevant to industrial and manufacturing activities in Hyderabad/Telangana.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle complex operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in ownership or senior management in a manufacturing context is highly valued.
- Comfort working on-site in an industrial area and readiness to be present on the shop floor as needed to address operational priorities.
