As the OSCM, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our back-office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective and effective management of our domestic diversified manpower, enabling us to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our operational processes, improving productivity, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize back-office operations, focusing on process improvement and cost-efficiency.
- Lead a team of operations and supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Manage and oversee the recruitment, training, and development of back-office personnel, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity in operational strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.




- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools, including ERP systems.
- Experience in the domestic diversified manpower industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align operational strategies with business goals.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build effective relationships.
