- • Order Entry & Verification: Receive customer orders via email, web portals, EDI, or phone, checking item codes, quantities, prices, credit limits, and stock levels. • Documentation Generation: Create official sales orders, invoices, delivery notes, shipping labels, and packing slips. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, warehouse, production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment. • Order Tracking & Updates: Monitor open orders, track shipments with courier partners, and update customers or internal stakeholders on progress. • Issue & Exception Handling: Resolve order discrepancies, returns (RTO), cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and delivery delays. • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and generate daily/weekly reports on order performance, pending transactions, and inventory reconciliation.
