Looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 WMS/SCM techno-functional professional to manage warehouse and logistics business processes, production support and continuous system/process improvements.
The role will work closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and operational support for Oracle WMS and SCM modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
- Review system configurations, transactions and master data to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Drive process improvements, system optimization and business transformation initiatives.
- Support testing, validation and implementation of system enhancements.
- Develop SOPs, support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to improve warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Technical Skills:
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, particularly:
- Oracle WMS & Inventory
- Purchasing
- Order Management (OM)
- BOM & WIP
- iSupplier
- ASCP
- Basic Finance modules – AP, AR, CM, FA & GL
- EDI and 3PL environments
- SQL and Oracle database concepts
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or MCA.
- 5–8 years of Oracle EBS R12 SCM production support experience.
- Solid understanding of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, inventory and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting global operations is preferred
