OTM Technical Specialist Area(s) of responsibility We’re looking for an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, and support OTM solutions. The consultant will work with business and functional teams to integrate OTM with enterprise systems, improve transportation processes, and deliver reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Develop and support OTM configurations, extensions, integrations, and custom solutions. Build and maintain integrations using OTM XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or middleware platforms. Develop and maintain agents, automation, workflows, saved queries, reports, and data interfaces.

Work with inbound and outbound integration formats, including XML, JSON, CSV,



and EDI. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and resolve performance and data problems. Support deployments, workplace refreshes, testing, and production releases.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions. Prepare technical designs, specifications, test plans, and support documentation. Follow development standards and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
