About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Identity Management professional to configure, implement, and support Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise, including end-to-end Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

This role is critical for securing and streamlining authentication across our on-premise EBS landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and administer Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
- Integrate OID/OUD with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise environments
- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions between EBS and Oracle Directory Services
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, cloning, and troubleshooting of OID/OUD
- Manage LDAP schema, Access Control Lists (ACLs), replication, and high availability setups
- Configure and maintain EBS-OID/OUD synchronization and user provisioning
- Collaborate with EBS functional and technical teams for SSO enablement and authentication flows
- Monitor directory performance, resolve authentication issues, and ensure high availability
- Document configurations, architecture, and operational procedures
- Support upgrades, migrations, and security hardening of the identity stack

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Internet Directory (OID)



and/or Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) configuration and administration
- Strong experience integrating Directory Services with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise
- Proven expertise in implementing SSO with Oracle EBS (preferably using Oracle Access Manager / OAM or native EBS SSO)
- Solid understanding of LDAP, authentication protocols, and identity management concepts
- Experience with EBS user management, responsibilities, and authentication profiles
- Knowledge of high availability, replication, and backup/recovery strategies for OID/OUD
- Strong troubleshooting skills in authentication, SSO, and directory synchronization issues
- Good understanding of Oracle WebLogic Server (as OUD/OID often runs on it)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.1 / R12.2 architecture
- Scripting skills (Shell, Python, or WLST) for automation
- Experience in directory migration (OID to OUD) or consolidation projects
- Familiarity with SSL/TLS configuration and security best practices for identity systems
